J.McLaughlin periwinkle pencil skirt with white subtle stitching at the top band. It says it is a 4 but that makes no sense because I am a 4-6 and this is very loose on me regarding the waist. I would say if you want the accurate look of a pencil skirt which is tighter, this would be better for sizes 8-10, but it depends what fit you want.
