J.McLaughlin Mei Dress White XS

The J.McLaughlin Mei dress, has a slightly feminine puff sleeve and ultra flattering gathering at the waist. Wear it for day with raffia sandals or dress it up for a night on the town with wedge platforms. Very Casual and Chic. Size XS - Worn only a few times, in great condition. A few small light spots that can easily be removed with a stain remover & good wash or a dry cleaning. The last 3 pics in the listing show the spots. The 3rd (spot) photo is some makeup on the skirt lining underneath the dress and cannot be seen through the dress from the front.
