JMS Black Partial Button Down Ruffle Blouse Business Work Top

This is an excellent black stylish top for the office! This top is well loved/used, with it's largest flaws being a tiny (nail polish?) stain on the back end of one sleeve (would likely come out quickly and easily with acetone, I just don't have any at this moment) and the accent around the collar seems a touch faded. There is normal wear considering its likely past as a favorite staple in the wardrobe, such as pilling/softening. This is a pretty, comfy, basic shirt for the office.
