JMD NY Vintage Sequins Beaded Peacock Dress Lg

JMD New York vintage dress with sequins and beaded details with peacock colors blue and green in size large. Includes shoulder pads. Some of the beading is coming off throughout (see final photo for example), and some threading is loose. A few beads fell off even as I was hanging it up for photos and I expect that more will continue to fall off. Price reflects condition, but I'm always open to offers.
