Lots of cute detail – covered buttons, softly gathered elastic waistband with front tie, softly gathered half sleeve, top stitching. Polyester fabric is not stretchy, but the blouse is roomy because of gathering. Chest 25” measured flat underarm to underarm. Waist 22” unstretched. Front length 16” from bottom of V.
