Waistband is 18” inches not stretched and inseam is 22” inches. New with tag. A few marks from store as pictured, should easily wash out. Smoke and pet free home. I just didn’t like them on me. Slight flare at pant leg end. Fully stretch waistband. Very comfortable. Small snag as pictured. Full disclosure on item and in pictures condition issues. No returns are available.
