JKARA Sequined Cowl Neck Dress

Gorgeous Sequined mock two-piece bodice, 3/4 pointed bell sleeve, finished with a diaphanous, swirling chiffon skirt and a cowl neckline in front and back. The cowl in the pictures are not as low as the the dress actually is. This is a 16W on a size 8 mannequin. The dress does run true to size.
