JJ’s Fairyland Dark Green Big Sleeve Tie Blouse

Photos do not do this justice at all! It’s a beautiful deep green base with fun metallic elastic trim. Big sleeves end with grommets and huge tie and more metallic trim. So fun! Runs a little more like a medium to me but is marked small. Non smoker but do have pets. I have machine washed on delicate without issue. Not sure if this is a blouse or light sweater???
