Super comfy long dress. Cute detailing in upper back (cut outs). This is GUC, great for travel or anytime you want to be comfy and cute. While the seam just below the bust measures at 21, as a 38B I do still have plenty of room b/c the fabric is stretchy and drapey. Easy wear/easy care.
