JIM HJELM 5218 IVORY DRESS. ALTERED TO FIT 2/4

Worn once for graduation. Tag says size 10, but was altered to fit a 2/4. Also hemmed to fit above the knee. I'm 5'1 (I'm a shorty) black ribbon is missing. So if you're 5'1 and wear a size 2/4. This dress is perfect!
