JH Collectibles petite midi skirt

JH Collectibles petite pleated wool midi skirt. Size 6 petite. Waist 12", length 29". The color is a nice taupe brown, there is a zipper closure in the back. The waist does not contain any elastic. Made in the USA and contains the original union label inside. I believe this to be vintage with it's original tags. I'm guessing it's from the early 80s possibly the very late 70s. Rare to find something of this age that has its original tags. Skirt is super on trend for 2020. Excellent condition.
