Adorable novelty-print skirt from Jelly the Pug. Cotton weave, pull-on. The back waist has a little stretch, and a back tie waist. Tagged as a 4T, but fit mine until about 6... Waist measures 22" before tying, and it's 20.75" long down the back. Excellent condition!
