Excellent vintage condition. No flaws. Interior headline clean as well. This hat is designed by Jean Barthet , Paris. Has the gatsby almost vintage bridal look yet would be gorgeous and unique today! When worn, it is like wearing a crown. Fits 21 inch head. Cover shot is the way I would wear it. You can also flip it down, see pic 2. The height in the front is 3 inches all atop and reduces to 2 inches sides and back. Open on top. So modern and cool! Has seed pearls around the hat.
