JCrew x Point Sur flutter sleeve blouse

Size is Small T - tall. I’m 5”7 and it fits me like a regular length blouse. Smoke free home. Please read !! The price is low because this blouse has flaws, circled in yellow. Right tassel is missing its end. The top left neckline hem needs re-stitching. I can’t sew but it’s maybe 2-2.5” that needs a fix. Easy for someone who sews.
