linzmichelle10 @abbylop7676 Hi! Shoulder hem to shoulder hem is 15”. The shoulders are lightly padded, mostly for shape. I am a 34D so yes, as long as your shoulders are not very broad this should fit. I am typically a medium in shirts. I am happy to ship today.

linzmichelle10 @abbylop7676 it’s 50% polyester, 50% wool… so while it isn’t a heavy blazer it is on the warmer/thicker side.
