J.Crew pleated skirt

J.Crew navy pleated circle skirt , some water-based green paint stains at the very bottom. I tried to get out with just a wet cloth , has not been professionally treated. When worn , can barely see it because of the pleats and the movement of the skirt, but have priced accordingly.
