erinmckay23 @hwilsonotr under the breast is 16in across in the front, it is elastic in the back so it will stretch! the length from the waist to the bottom of the dress is 40 inches. it will hit at your ankle, I am 5'7" and it hit right above my ankle. I could wear flats or heels and not trip over the dress. hope this helps!
