J.Crew Striped Maxi Skirt

J. Crew blue striped high waisted skirt. It has a length that falls just below the knees on me (I am 5'5 for reference). It is made from a tunic/cotton like fabric. It is a size xxs in women’s and has an elastic band. The inner tag is slightly detached from the fabric. Only worn once.
