classy__closet @eevans77 Hello! Yes, it fits true to size. The fabric is not stretchy but the waist band itself is stretchy and also fairly large so it's comfortable. Also, the chest area is blousy so there is room there as well. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have additional questions.
