Good quality not so basic skirt. Thick cotton, pockets, fitted, two pleats on front, zipper, hook and eye closure on back. Machine wash cold. Size 10. Length - 17.5 in., waist (may sit slightly below natural waist) -- 33 in. Note: the picture with pink skirt only to show how it fits. The skirt is navy blue.
