This dress was altered on the bottom hem to fit 5’3” height with 3 inch heels. This dress is all about the shirred strapless bodice: First, our designers gathered and stitched the crinkled silk chiffon to create a classic sunburst effect, then they added a notch detail at the neckline to give it a modern edge.
