Preowned excellent condition no rips stains or odors. May very minor have random loose string or two not at all affecting structure or seam. Bow can be tied or undone. Item is shown on size 2-4 model with the following dimensions: Height of torso: 27". Shoulder to shoulder width: 14" Bust: 33". Waist: 24". Hips 36". So although tag says 00, I believe it would fit up to a size 4. Item measurements laying flat are: neck to bottom hem: 33.5", waist 13", width at bottom hem 26.5", pit to pit 15".
