@sweetpeas4free hi, are you saying the hips stretch to 22" or are the hips 22" flat? My hips are 19.5". I'm thinking now that it might be too big???, or would the fabric just fall over my hips or would it pouf out? I love the skirt, but I don't want to look bigger than I am. Please lmk what you think. Thanks!
