It's got a full skirt (see pic of the dress flared out), a fun belt that can be tied in a big bow, and an adorable column of fabric-covered buttons that run down the back of the dress. Has pockets 100% Cotton. There is no stretch to the fabric. Fully lined Zips up the left side with a hook and eye clasp at the top. Important: The dress is sized as a 14 but I think it runs closer to a size 10 through the bust, waist and shoulders. Pay close attention to the measurements. Measurements laying flat - bust - 19.5", waist - 16.5", and length 38" The belt measures at 72" long and 3" wide. (It's hard to see the tape measure in the picture.)
