J. Crew Thin Cotton Chambray Sleeveless Popover, Size 6, with white outlined cutout circles. Bit of a lose a-line after bust seams at sides w/ enclosed side zipper. Great weight for hot summer days and can still look crisp. Yes, it needs an iron in these photos, I will iron before shipping. No stains, rips, or other.... it has only ever hung to dry, so still original fit. Does curve up slightly at sides. Dims: 19"w pit to pit, 25"long from center of neck to bottom.
