Measurement waistband to bottom hem: 39.5 inches Measurement inseam: 27.25 inches Measurement waist-laying flat: 16 inches Measurement-rise: 13.5 inches Condition: Preowned. Pants are in good preowned condition. There is an area below the zipper that was beginning to pull away at the hem. Hem tape was sewn into the seam on the inside of the pants to reinforce the seam and prevent additional pulling away. Please see pictures #6 and #7 for details.
