luxuryrebel61 I did ask the ups store, they handle both ups and usps shipment. They said at this time of year for holidays, sometimes it takes longer. The system doesn't always update everything, they update at the end of delivery. Hope you receive it soon. If there is problem, I will contact usps customer service again. Thx.
