sarahwieland @abbylop7676 hi! Sorry for the delay while I was out of town. The waist is 15” across and the length is 16.5”. There isn’t any stretch in the fabric. I usually wear a 25 waist in denim and I have over 2” room in the skirt if I put it at my belly button/waist, 1.5” room if I pull it an inch or so below my belly button.
