JC Play Black Heeled Chelsea Boots

Reposhing this item I purchased from @_mojojojo. Loved it, but they were too small. They are marked as a size 9 but I would say they fit like a size 7 1/2. I usually wear an 8 1/2/9 but these are a size and a half too small if I had to guess, so I'm marking them at 7 1/2. The material is like a rubber feeling upper.
