JC Penney’s Vintage baby dress size tag missing probably 3-6 months

The cutest baby dress ever. Vintage ‘Toddletime’ dress with Rick rack embellishment and Peter Pan collar. Navy blue with little cat in a train car and button for wheel. Collar has some fabric damage as pictured. From a smoke and pet free home. I believe this to be 1960’s vintage. Maybe early 1970’s. No size tag so I’m guessing it’s a 3-6 or a 6-9 month size. Also selling other kids clothes. Bundle and I’ll send an offer.
