JC Penney’s size 16 Bermuda Shorts

Size 16 Bermuda Shorts by JC Penney’s. 98% Cotton, 2% spandex. Though 2% spandex, I don’t think there is much give in the waistband it might stretch about 2” all around. Unstretched the top waistband measures 20” on one side (40” all around). Two pockets in front. One of front pockets has a tiny pocket on top of it but nothing would fit there. There are two shallow button pockets in the back. Zipper with hook & bar closures & then an inside button. About 20” long from very top to very bottom.
