Incredible and absolutely beautiful 70’s Mint Green long dress by JC Penney. Long sheer sleeve with button cuffs, back zipper and includes a waist belt. Such a classy & elegant look and perfect for a special event! Very RARE and absolutely stunning to find in this condition! Brand: JC Penney Fabric: not listed but my best guess is polyester. Does not have any stretch. Condition: excellent condition, one sleeve has a very hard to see snag. (See pic) hook at top of zipper is missing loop.
