JBL Bluetooth Earbuds—ONE WILL NOT CHARGE!

All original packaging. I can’t get one to charge. It stopped charging while I was out of town for a race so I had to buy a new pair. I don’t use these anymore. Still can’t figure out why one won’t charge.
