JAPANESE SILENT WORTH TULLE A LINE SKIRT

Bought this in japan, super cute. For reference I am 5 ft tall and it goes a little above my ankles. Would fit nicely on anyone taller! There is not size but I wear a size 4 and could easily fit up to a size 8. The band is elastic and stretches out a fair amount.
