JALATE sparkling evening dress size s

This dress is very beautiful, sparking with purple flower on. Full length. I am 5" and it come down to my ankle. One shoulder had hand sewed fixed. Shoulder to shoulder 13", armpit to armpit 15"waist 13", shoulder to bottom 49" all measurement is estimate and flat front un-stretch.
