JAEGER Vintage Dress with skinny waist!

This is a designer dress made in Great Britain. The waistline band measures 24 inches all around, I can't even close that part of the dress on my skinny mannequin. Button missing on the waistband aside from this the dress is in pristine condition. It will fit 32 bust and 34 hips. This is 48 inches long and buttons all the way in front. Bodice and skirt are fully lined. Side pockets on skirt. I am pretty sure this is silk-very soft and sheer.
