Made in Great Britain. 80% acrylic, 20% wool. Flat front with fringed hem. A-line style. Two side black leather buckles with silver tone hardware to close that side. On the other side coming through the skirt is another buckle to close on that side. Back side is pleated. Excellent condition Measurements taken laying flat: Waist- 12.5” but adjustable up to 2 inches+ using buckles. Hips- 16.5” but adjustable up to 2 inches + using buckle.
