There are two small splits at the bottom hem. It is sized SMALL. This could be a men's small or a generous woman's fit SMALL. The measurements are: From shoulder to shoulder across the front - 24" - total 48" From underarm to underarm across the front - 21" - total 42" From the front shoulder to the bottom hem - 27" The bottom hem across the front - 21" - total 42" - there are about 1" slits on either side of the hem line From the sleeve underarm to the sleeve bottom hem - 17" From the sleeve shoulder to the sleeve hem- 21" All the products are packed carefully and are in the same condition as advertised in the store and shown in the pictures.
