Nice jacket that could be worn alone or as a top by Chico's. This is a solid navy blue color with accent blue and white strips on the cuff. It is a 3/4 length sleeve. The front has two rows of buttons. One is for show the other opens and closes the jacket. There are slit pockets on the front. It is a heavier weight cotton with some spandex, but I would call it "lightweight" for a jacket. It is not lined. It is CHICO'S SIZE 3 / US SIZE LARGE. See Chico's size chart in the pictures.
