Beautiful 4inch heel black J Vincent Peep toe with dust bag and box. These shoes have a beautiful dark blue metallic to them. I have been able to wear them with black as well as dark blues and they look wonderful with a tan suit as well. Heel shaft in perfect condition. All leather bottom.
