French Straight Pencil Skirt High Waist Blue 38/6 Reasonable offers welcomed! <See Measurements Below> Very nice unique straight skirt.  Looks to me to be high waisted with the center waist having a higher curve point. Pleats and cute back buttons. Small kick split and fully lined. There is no content tag but it feels like there is wool content. I am unsure if it is vintage. Happy to answer questions!
