J. Taylor stunning fit n flare dress 4-8

This dress will go down as a classic. Fitted to the waist then an elegant pleated skirt follows. Zippers up the back. It’s either very, very dark blue or black and cream. You can wear this dress to work, to dinner, or to a special occasion. It is simply elegant. Marked size 4, but it’s shown on a size 8 manikin and it’s just a little tight. Probably closest to a size 6, but please check the measurements.
