J Taylor 12/14 (tag size 16) dress

Beautiful new with tags (has zipper flaw) dress. Tag size 16, but runs small and will fit a 12/14 best. No Stretch. Black and white with front pockets. The zipper fully zips up, but will only unzip to a certain point (shown in photo). I love this dress and considering taking it to a seamstress to make it fit me lol.
