There are five straps from the front of the shoe that secure to the base of the sturdy rubber sole. VELCRO FASTENER CLOSURES Each shoe has a Velcro closure on the top of the strap to adjust for fit. There’s also a strap that goes behind your heel that also has the bill ability to be adjusted and fastened with a Velcro closure. SEE PHOTOS the photos show various angles, so you can see where the closures are. I haven’t tried to zoom in at many different angles, so you can see the Velcro closures space, as well as the condition of the sandals.
