Good used condition. There is a small pull in the fabric by the embroidery on the front of the shirt, see pictures. There are also a couple of tiny loose threads within the embroidery. No holes or stains. Measurements laid flat are armpit to armpit 20.5", armpit to bottom of shirt 18", shoulder seam to end of sleeve 16.5", total length 26.5". Message me with any questions
