J. Peterman Silk skirt NWOT Floral size 8

Beautiful pleated silk Floral skirt in light blue with medium brown flowers. Never been worn. Size 8, runs small 14” waist when flat 28” long Hem is serged, shown in photos. On 12” snag that sits on far right side of behind starting 11” from the top of the skirt. Can probably be fixed and is less noticeable when the skirt is cleaned and ironed.
