This is a J. MacDonald Henry sketch of a colored young girl. Wood frame - 8x10”. J MacDonald Henry (1960-2008) was an internationally known Jamaican artist. Her mother and child portraits were the most popular of her works. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Henry went to the United States on an art scholarship when she was 13 years old. If anyone can tell me if this is original, I would appreciate your feedback. I will sell as is and will get more information from a curator that I know. Sold as is.
