J Jill medium/large linen floral skirt

J Jill linen floral skirt with elastic waistband and zipper. The size says small but it’s not a small. It’s probably closer to a medium or large so please look at the measurement that I took. It is such a beautiful print. The bottom has a 1 inch Ribbon of velveteen that goes across it and I have worn this in the winter time with boots and I’ve worn it in the summer because it’s linen and both ways looks fantastic
