J. Jill dark charcoal velvet button down blouse (size XS). Has a wonderful silvery sheen (24% silk content) in the light, with almost a dark blue hint to it. The buttons down the front look like abalone, but the ones on the cuffs are fabric covered. The cuffs some ruching, giving them a feminine, romantic flair. Materials, measurements, and care instructions in pics. Gently worn, in excellent condition. A beautiful shirt, especially paired with business casual black or gray slacks or jeans. Great casual wear, but would be lovely for the office over a silk tank. This is gorgeous in person!
