J Jill cute, comfy, casual Dress

So cute J Jill casual soft dress. Button up and collared with short sleeves. Size L. 21” across bust and 38” shoulder to hem. This dress has a 2nd layer in the back that goes from shoulder to waist. I tried to take a picture of it but it’s not too noticeable on the picture it’s really cute though!
